The Ice Gladiator sign is designed to flash into action when the temperature drops to approximately 3 degrees Celsius (37 degrees Fahrenheit). Specifications

Using cutting-edge LED technology, the Ice Gladiator is designed for maximum visibility, with flashing bright blue LEDs catching attention in the user's peripheral vision. The unit is fully automatic, relying on internal batteries and manufactured from 3mm recyclable polycarbonate. Its patent-protected design incorporates state-of-the-art PIC chip technology, ensuring ultra-low power consumption without the need for a mains supply. The sign is weather-sealed, robust, reliable, and requires minimal maintenance.

When switching on the sign self-tests all functions by first flashing the ambient temperature, then there is a 5 minute demo sequence followed by the operational mode. Minimum maintenance is required just replace the batteries every few years depending on the harshness of the winter season.
